Rochester Writers is accepting Sponsorships for the 16th Annual Rochester Writers’ Conference on Saturday, October 28, 2023.
Keynote and Lunch Host – $2,500 – 1 available
One Sponsor Table, Signage, Promotional Materials, Virtual Expo Booth, and Two Event Registrations – Keynote and Lunch host receives two registrations to attend all sessions, as well as one sponsor table outside of the main room. Host may display signage in their room by use of two standing signs and table tent signs. The host may also have a Virtual Expo Booth (up to a two-minute sponsor on our website). Two fliers or brochures may go in the attendee welcome bag (100 printed and due by October 20, 2023). Sponsor mentions and logo will be shared on Rochester Writers’ social media, newsletter, website, and in person at the event. Gold level sponsorship.
Event Host – $1,500 – 3 available
One Registration, One Sponsor Table, Virtual Expo Booth, Promotional Materials – Room host receives one registration to attend all sessions, as well as one sponsor table outside of their room. Virtual Expo Booth, Signage in One Breakout Room, Promotional Materials – Room host may have one promotion video (up to two-minutes) for our website. One flier or brochure may go in the attendee welcome bag (150 printed and due by October 20, 2023). Sponsor mentions and logo will be shared on Rochester Writers’ social media, newsletter, website, and in person at the event. Room Host Sponsorship is ideal for those who cannot attend the event but want to get their message to the attendees. Bronze level sponsorship.
Group or Organization Sponsor – $1,000 – 3 available
One Sponsor Table, Eight Registrations, VIP Keynote Seating, Promotional Materials – Group sponsor receives eight (8) event registrations to attend all sessions, one sponsor table, as well as one VIP table in the lunch room for entire group. Flier or brochure may go in the attendee welcome bag (100 printed and due by October 20, 2023). Sponsor mentions and logo will be shared on Rochester Writers’ social media, newsletter, website, and in person at the event. This sponsor level is designed for groups and organizations who want a presence at the conference with benefits for their members.
Welcome Bag Sponsor – $300 – 5 available
One Registration, Promotional Materials – A welcome bag sponsor receives one registration to attend all sessions, as well as one flier or brochure may go in the attendee welcome bag (100 printed and due by October 20, 2023). Entrepreneur level sponsorship.
